Rio Mesa students still waiting for another bus. A group of Rio Mesa High School students approached Principal Bill Dabbs this week asking if a second school bus for the El Rio neighborhood was on the way. The students first approached the Oxnard Union High School District board on Nov. 20, and Fix Our Schools addressed the issue.
